There is a real need in the community for providing appropriate housing options for NDIS participants. Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) has opened new doors, offering purpose built accommodation that is improving the lives of so many in need.

Meet Nick
Nick brings more than 20 years of building, construction and project management experience to SDA Management Services WA.
Most recently he’s been working in consultation with NDIS service providers in Perth to gain a better understanding of NDIS participant’s needs. This valuable information will assist our team when designing SDA properties.

SOL Construction and SDA Management Services WA come together
SOL Construction and SDA Management Services WA are working in conjunction to provide a range of high quality, compliant Specialist Disability Accommodation housing options specifically for NDIS participants.
SDA Management Services WA will assist in the planning, designing, building and fit-out of our three-villa development in Nollamara, while SOL Construction will build and fit out the new homes.
